Se il numero di autori è superiore a 5, inserire i dati dei primi 5 autori nel sistema e inviare successivamente via e-mail i dati dei restanti co-autori (dal 5° al massimo 10° autore).

ISTRUZIONI PER L'INVIO DEGLI ABSTRACT

English Instruction 

• Per il calendario completo della conferenza si rimanda alla sezione KEY DATES.
• Gli abstract (massimo 350 parole) devono rientrare in uno o più dei topic del Simposio.
• Si richiama l’attenzione sul rispetto della scadenza per la sottomissione.
• Gli abstract devono essere redatti in lingua inglese o italiana e preparati utilizzando il template ufficiale del Simposio.

• Figure e tabelle dovrebbero essere evitate all’interno dell’abstract.
• È suggerito inserire un massimo di 5 riferimenti bibliografici all’interno dell’abstract.
• Gli abstract saranno valutati dal Comitato Scientifico tramite processo di peer-review.
• Il file dell’abstract, in formato DOC o PDF, deve essere nominato come segue:
  Cognome-PrimoAutore.pdf     (es.: Smith.pdf)

• Durante la procedura di sottomissione sarà richiesto di inserire:

           1. titolo dell’abstract

           2. topic tematico di riferimento

           3. file (.pdf, .doc)

• Per procedere  alla sottomissione è necessario selezionare il numero di autori del contributo.
  Se il numero di autori è superiore a 5, inserire i dati dei primi 5 autori nel sistema e inviare successivamente via e-mail i dati dei restanti co-autori (cleanairandclimate@gmail.com)
  (dal 5° al massimo 10° autore).

• In caso di nomi e/o cognomi multipli, la forma utilizzata nella prima sottomissione va considerata come definitiva e deve essere mantenuta in tutte le fasi del Simposio
  (abstract, atti, certificati, registrazione, ecc.).
  Lo stesso è da osservare per l’indirizzo e-mail comunicato.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION ISTRUCTION

• For the complete conference schedule, please refer to the KEY DATES section.
• Abstracts (maximum 350 words) must fall within one or more of the Symposium topics.
• Authors are kindly reminded to strictly comply with the abstract submission deadline.
• Abstracts must be written in English or Italian and prepared using the official Symposium template.

• Figures and tables should be avoided within the abstract.
• A maximum of 5 bibliographic references may be included in the abstract.
• All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee through a peer-review process.
• The abstract file, in DOC or PDF format, must be named as follows:
  Surname-FirstAuthor.pdf (e.g. Smith.pdf)
• During the submission procedure, authors will be required to provide:

1. Abstract title
2. Relevant topic
3. File upload (.pdf, .doc)

• To proceed with the submission, authors must first select the number of authors of the contribution.
  If the number of authors exceeds 5, please enter the details of the first 5 authors in the system and subsequently send the details of the remaining co-authors by e-mail to cleanairandclimate@gmail.com
  (from the 5th up to a maximum of the 10th author).
• In the case of multiple given names and/or surnames, the format used in the first submission shall be considered definitive and must be maintained throughout all phases of the Symposium
  (abstracts, proceedings, certificates, registration, etc.).
  The same rule applies to the e-mail address provided.
