ABSTRACT SUBMISSION ISTRUCTIONS
- For the complete conference schedule, please refer to the KEY DATES section.
- Abstracts (maximum 350 words) must fall within one or more of the Symposium topics.
- Authors are kindly reminded to strictly comply with the abstract submission deadline.
- Abstracts must be written in English or Italian and prepared using the official Symposium template.
- Figures and tables should be avoided within the abstract.
- A maximum of 5 bibliographic references may be included in the abstract.
- All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee through a peer-review process.
- The abstract file, in DOC or PDF format, must be named as follows:
Surname-FirstAuthor.pdf (e.g. Smith.pdf) - During the submission procedure, authors will be required to provide:
- Abstract title
- Relevant topic
- File upload (.pdf, .doc)
- To proceed with the submission, authors must first select the number of authors of the contribution.
If the number of authors exceeds 5, please enter the details of the first 5 authors in the system and subsequently send the details of the remaining co-authors by e-mail to cleanairandclimate@gmail.com
(from the 5th up to a maximum of the 10th author). - In the case of multiple given names and/or surnames, the format used in the first submission shall be considered definitive and must be maintained throughout all phases of the Symposium
(abstracts, proceedings, certificates, registration, etc.).
